Menu padding at 8x
In the Firefox menu, each menu item should have two pixels of padding on either side. Currently we have
Left pane:
2px padding on left side
0px padding on right
Right pane:
0px padding on either side
The right side of the right pane should have its padding start after the shadow edge, or 5px total (3 of the shadow, and 2px padding)

The patch in bug 610773 will fix this.
