for android we require remote testing and for the talos test twinopen we cannot access the .xul file remotely. So I have a solution that copies the set of xul/js/html files to the testroot directory and references them by file:/// paths instead. This works and I get results!
This hasn't been run on staging yet, but as it only touches remotePerfConfigurator.py and the mobile.config/remote.config I have a high confidence bar that this will not affect desktop firefox talos.
