611121 - Differentiate between "out-of-date" and "update Flash" messages via icon and styles

cl mentioned the other day that his mother got confused by our Flash alert and re-downloaded Camino rather than updating Flash.  Stuart thought that this might be because both /start/'s browser update and /welcome/'s Flash update messages are visually similar (red box, yellow alert icon).

In bug 401976 comment 8, Sam had suggested using different styles/icons for the two alert types, but in the end, since they both couldn't be shown at the same time, and because of time pressures, we just used a single style.

We should think about differentiating the styles/icons somewhat to reduce chances of confusion between them.

The Flash warning should then get a yellow(-ish) background with matching border, I think. Something like that was suggested in bug 401976.

For a red icon, we'd definitely want red-white.

red alert icon

I'm fine with this as long as Sam is (and if he hasn't responded by release time, we'll deploy them anyway and clean up after the fact).

I deployed this so that it's one less thing to worry/forget about during the release.

I filed bug 612185 on getting both the image here and the image from bug 401976 on S3 (rather than keeping two bugs open waiting on Sam).
