Starting with the 12 Nov nightly I'm experiencing rendering issues with any scrollable frames such as iframes, select-option boxes or even the addon-manager.
It seems when new content appears in the frame it will not only render that but also what was rendered at the top of the frame before you started scrolling.
See attached screenshot and a testcase where the rendering issue will appear when scrolling.
