612960 - Show top contributors in sidebar

Show the twitter avatar images for the top 16 contributors in the stats sidebar block. The images should be 32x32 pixels. Hovering over an avatar should show the twitter username and number of replies the user has sent in the selected time period. Example: "dailycavalier - 27 replies". Clicking on the avatar image will open a new tab with the user's profile on twitter.com. 

The data has already been put together by our metrics team. Here's the json file (note: it includes top 25 and we only want to show top 16):

By default, we want to show the top contributors from Yesterday.
