Please add a cron job to the SUMO master staging site: ./manage.py cron get_customercare_stats (format the command syntax like the other manage-cron jobs you have in there). Frequency: 4 times a day. Please also run it once by hand and report any errors if there are any. Thanks!

Ran it by hand, no errors and no output. Implemented for 0100, 0700, 1300, 1900.

Running it by hand won't help for more than 15 minutes until bug 616159 is fixed.
This one is done (for support-stage). Fred verified as working. Will leave open until we have bug 616159 fixed.
reverted the cache flush per 616159, this should be soup now.
