Since Ctrl-R triggers a normal reload, it would be natural that Ctlr-shift-R triggers a forced reload (or whatever it's called when shift-clicking the reload button).
Easily fixed, attaching patch.

How about shift-F5?
And along the same line, how about shift-clickReloadButton? Jake
that already works. I think shift+F5 needs to work though. jag, should we reopen?
And morph this bug? Nah... File a new one, fight with mpt as much as you like, then let me know when (/if?) to review.
OK filed bug #62078 for ctrl-F5 keyboard shortcut (I explain why ctrl-F5 in the bug report)
works fine now. vrfy'd on linux and winnt [2000.12.08.08 comm], and mac [2000.12.07.08 comm].
