If the user is trying to sign in to Firefox sync on a new device, they will need to provide their sync key in addition to their email address and password for the account. The vast majority of users will not know what this is (since discussing it has been removed from the initial setup process), and they will not know how to get a copy of it. The interface they see currently reads: >You can get a copy a of your Sync Key by going to Sync Options on your other >device, and selecting “My Sync Key” under “Manage Account”. Show me how. This article needs to show them how to do this, on any platform running Firefox (and eventually Fennec as well).
Comment 2 says screenshots are missing, but the article is there, so I'm closing this bug. Please reopen/file follow up if necessary.
