614875 - Redirect easy setup help pages to SUMO

Bug 602682 will show three different kinds of links in the Sync UI for users who need help setting up another device. These are (listing the corresponding SUMO bug as well):

* https://services.mozilla.com/sync/help/easy-setup
  Bug 613415 - For Firefox Sync add an article about finding "add a device"

* https://services.mozilla.com/sync/help/add-device
  Bug 613416 - For Firefox Sync add an article about getting an activation code

* https://services.mozilla.com/sync/help/manual-setup
  Bug 613417 - For Firefox Sync add and article about locating your Sync Key

We need to make these URLs work on s.m.c and redirect them to the relevant SUMO articles.

Michael Verdi is going to work on the SUMO articles. He was waiting on the new UI to land so he can actually get screenshots and run through the setup himself.

We can change the URLs in the next release no problem. Please file a new bug in the Mozilla Services :: Firefox Sync UI component.
