Every dialog under File, New is created in the upper, middle part of the tb window, just under the tool bar *except* New Mail Account.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. File, New, Mail Account...



Expected Results:  
Dialog should be centered, snug under the toolbar.

The main difference is that I believe the new Account Wizard was intentionally designed to be non-modal. Hence, as a non-modal dialog, it is displayed correctly for Mac apps.

Therefore I think this is invalid/wontfix, though cc'ing Blake/Bryan to confirm.

The latest version of the auto-config dialog opens as a sheet now.  I'm not really sure what this bug is asking for but we've moved from a non-modal dialog to a modal one.

Like Bryan says, the New Account dialogs are modal now, and open in the middle, upper part of the TB window, just under the window title.  That is consistent with the other dialogs on the File, New menu (this bug was about consistency in dialog placement) and is what I expect for a Mac app.

So I suppose I should change the bug's status to resolved, invalid?
