The Silverlight plugin is listed in about:plugins, but won't load.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install the Silverlight plugin for Mac
2.Go to a page containing a silverlight video(http://www.silverlight.net/learn/videos/all/creating-a-custom-popup-in-windows-phone-7/)

Actual Results:
"Click to install" message appears.

Expected Results:
The plugin should load and the video should play.

I've installed Silverlight plugin version 4.0.50917.0.
