Empty tab group appears with no tabs and app tabs open

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.OPEN firefox with new profile ( 2 tabs appears bydefault, 1 - thanks notes, 2 – about:home)
2.pin the first tab as app tab and go to panorama view
3.drag and drop the normal tab out of the tab gourp(the empty tab group disappears)
4.click on the normal tab to exit panorama view
5.close the normal tab and again add a new tab
6.go to panorama view
7. drag and drop the normal tab out of the tab gourp
Actual Results:  
The normal tab which is not in any tab group and the empty tab group is still showing

Expected Results:  
The normal tab which is not in any tab group should be shown and the empty tab group should disappear

After performing the step 7 continuing the below steps
8.Now go to app tab and close the app tab using the keyboard shortcut CTRL + W
9.Come again into the tabcandy view

Actual Result - Empty tab group with no tabs and app tabs still appear
Expected Result - Normal tab should be shown and tab group should disappear

After step 9.  Close the empty tab group and click on the available normal tab

Actual Result - Firefox exits unexpectedly
Expected Result - Firefox should exit panorama view and show the new tab

Your screenshot shows that your "empty" group actually has an app tab in it. We explicitly don't close groups with app tabs in them.
