Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.12) Gecko/20101026 Firefox/3.6.12

steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addon/255396/edit
2. Click "edit" for Add-on Details section
3. Edit the description(for example, add "This is a test")
4. Save Changes
5. Click "Edit" again

observed behavior:
After step #5, recently added text is not displayed in the text field.

Is this due to caching?

Krupa!  I can't reproduce this.  Can you add me to 255396?  Maybe it's an issue specific to that add-on.

I cannot reproduce this bug anymore. The screencast will prove that I was not making it all up.
