I think the biggest place this will be a problem is Developer Hub. When we launch the new style it won't be in devhub until the new devtools launch, but then some parts of the devtools will have it while others don't since the tools are the only part of the hub being rewritten right now.

So we'd either need to keep the old style everywhere in the dev hub or add the style to remora, which would also cover the other outstanding pages using remora, like collection stats, compatibility center, /pages pages, etc.

The new style isn't a lightswitch. Code was modified and removed to get it to work. Zamboni either has the new header/footer or it doesn't.

And to be clear, I'm voting we keep it. Seeing all these sore thumb pages should be a decidedly large motivator to getting things migrated.

I think this is an unfortunate wontfix.  We'll definitely be moving as quickly as we can to get the last of the pages moved over.
