Some email folders contain inherently received messages, like the In box.
Some email folders contain inherently sent messages, like the Sent box.
It would make sense and save time if the last "Sender" & "Recipient" selection in the Quickfilter be remembered from folder to folder.

makes sense to me too. 

however, are there cases where this behavior is not desirable, and do they outweigh the examples in favor of doing this.
