Moving tabs around in fullscreen (f11) should also have some position indicator

Steps:
1. Navigate some pages in a few tabs
2. Press F11 to enter fullscreen mode
3. Move some tabs around by drag and drop
Behavior:
There is no position feedback for moving tabs in fullscreen mode. The classical
arrow is not in order here, but we should decide something in the future for this.
Could remain as enhancement for now, though it would be nice to have a position indicator also in fullscreen.
