A UI button with mutli-state dropdown states needs to be added to the global navigation so that creating a new package is available from all pages.

It was like this - Myk decided to do "one click behaviour"
Do you think to leave it the same on homepage and add additional menu item which would display the modal to provide package name and type?

I am not suggesting that we remove the larger add-on creation buttons from the home page. However, I would like to introduce a global multi-option dropdown button that will allow you to create a new package of any supported type from any page on the site.

I will attach a mock in the next few days :)
