Minor changes to mozqwidget.cpp
1) Added event handler for meegoSwitcherEntered and meegoSwitcherExited
Minor changes to nsWindow.cpp
1) If the flag for TaskSwitcherSignalHooked is not set then
hook to the task switcher signal.
2) In the OnFocusOutEvent event, commented out
DispatchActivateEventOnTopLevelWindow() among other minor changes.
