621490 - Offer a way to change the email address in the profile

It looks like there is no obvious way to change an email address once you are registered. We should provide that basic feature, even before we go ahead with the new accounts and profiles.

We left this out of 2.4 because it's more complex than it seems: we need people to confirm new email addresses before they actually change. (Changing an email shouldn't allow you to use an address you couldn't use to register.)

Do we want to also go through and update the existing notifications or do we want this bug to just wait until we fix the notifications model?

That's a good point. Updating the notifications shouldn't be too hard for now.

QA:
Changing email requires confirmation at new address. You should receive an email.

After confirmation, notifications are updated to send to the new address, and you should see the new email address in your profile.

Verified able to change email address from profile. Profile email display updates only after confirming change. Notifications are sent to the correct email address.

Hi this is not the case you still cant change your email on this 

below is what we have the options to change on our profile
