Whenever I reopen my browser (from a crashed session, returning from Private browsing or something) my home tab is always in group 1, even though I have moved it.

I have four tabs as my "Home" page, and one of them is is another "tab-window" with a few more tabs. Whenever I reopen the window as above, the home-tabs are all collected in one window, not spread out the way they should.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set multiple tabs as home
2. Distribute the tabs in different groups.
3. Enter private browsing
4. Leave private browsing
4. Enter tab-group view to see in which tab-group the tabs now reside.

Expected Results:
The panorama-view should remember which group my tabs are assigned to, even my home-tabs.
