It appears that clobberer is mostly or completely broken since the shortened directory names landed. In this mozilla-central Windows build it pinged correctly, but couldn't find a clobber that I had just requested. Ran through a few builders (both release + non-release) in staging. This will also fix the ReleaseUpdates clobbering issue. Release builders clobbering through ScriptFactory will also require adjusting to use slavebuilddir.

Per IRC, leave this running in staging and someone can look over the results on Monday. If it looks good, it can land anytime IMHO.
