If a tab showing about:addons is already open, it should be switched to when clicking the "Manage Add-ons" button in the Preferences window, rather than opening a second one. This would make it consistent with the Tools > Add-ons menu item.

Patch to make it so
BrowserOpenAddonsMgr is only defined in the preferences window on Mac via macBrowserOverlay.xul... On Windows/Linux, this patch results in "BrowserOpenAddonsMgr is not defined" error.

This might just be a dupe of bug 565686 - slightly different scenario, but I think a patch for that bug would fix this one.

The "Manage Add-ons…" button doesn't exist anymore (bug 513164).
