Actually, all the links have "title" attrbiutes, so this is most likely a dup of bug 62050. At least as originally filed.
Viewed with a new nightly (62050 fixed). Title attributes displayed correctly in tooltips, filling original poster's request.
Yup, this is a dup of bug 62050. Restoring original summary. If anyone wants clipped text in constrained-size boxes to be shown as tooltips or title tips, that should be a separate bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 62050 ***
