In Panorama view, user is allowed to name two or more groups with the same name. Can cause confusion when trying to move a tab from one group to another while in tab view.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Panorama view open at least three groups and populate them with a few tabs.
2. Name all the groups the same.
3. Go to tab view, right click on tab name and select Move to Group.
Actual Results:  
All groups have the same name

Expected Results:  
Groups have different names, allowing the user to differentiate between them.

We are allowing user to create bookmark folders with the same name.  IMO, Panorama should be the same.
