Welcome to this bug!  Hi-fi mockups of the mobile pages have been completed (see the "Landing Page" section of https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/webdevplan/mockups#AMO_Hi-Fi_Mockups).  This bug is to build the backend for that page.  It's pretty similar to the elements on our current home page so I'll skip over details, but please ask if there are questions.  Keep in mind you're on mobile.
