'Newest add-ons' page uses date of first add-on submission, not of it passing the first preliminary/lite review, so if someone checks that page regularly (example: weekly), he could miss new add-ons. Haven't checked the consequences for the feed.

2. Notice that the added date is January 15, 2011
3. Check out the date the add-on was prelim reviewed @ https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/lp-uri-handler/versions/126040

expected behavior:
Sort by created lists the date when the add-on was prelim reviewed.(Jan 19th in this case)

actual behavior:
We list the date of add-on submission.

Turns out I fixed sorting by updated, which is a different (unfiled) bug.
