I just installed 4 beta 9 and gui has no menu, and html seems to render words verticaly

It works in Safe Mode. I disabled plugins and removed extensions besides Feedback 1.0.3 and Google Gears 0.5.36.0

The safemode does a little bit more than disabling the addons.,
Please disable the hardware acceleration in (alt key)tools/options/advanced/general and restart Firefox.
Post the graphic section from about:support here if that fixes your problem.

I'm sure that we will block such old drivers with FF4 final
Can you please upgrade your drivers and try it again with hardware acceleration enabled ?

I downloaded and executed latest driver. In device manager i have date: 2010-11-25 for it. In firefox i still have date 8-17-2009 . I reinstalled the FF4 and problems remains.
I can't see the screenshot that the poster of this bug linked to, but here's my messed Minefield (it looks like this several weeks now..):

I tried reinstalling it and deleting profile folder, but nothing helps. I'm using Toshiba Satellite m100-221 with Win7 x64

This looks a lot like bug 635463 - reporters, are you running the Win64 build? If so, please switch to the Win32 build, as the Win64 build isn't supported for Firefox 4.
