Per comments in bug 611698, the new ClearType settings mask should: a) apply to all plugins b) only be enabled for plugin instances that are transparent

Roc, are you sure we want to to do this for all plugins? It seems flash is the only plugin that's having any trouble with alpha. I also wonder how masking clear type settings will effect silverlight rendering.
Yeah, I don't know. Bug 626602 will obviate all this anyway, so don't work on this bug for now.
