Is this new beta release (beta 9), when Firefox is maximized and the menu bar is hidden, the tabs now stick to the top.
In this case, when trying to drag around the tabs, or drag links to the tab list, the arrow that usually shows the user where the tab would be when we are gonna drop it, is no longer visible.
Maybe the arrow can be shown below the tabs instead of above them.

This is only the case when Firefox is maximized.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Maximize Firefox.
2.Make sure the menu bar is hidden.
3.Drag around the tabs and change their location.
This is caused by the tabs being put in the titlebar when the window is maximised. In this state the tab D&D indicator is above the tabs and off the visible screen. This is being addressed in bug 606909.
