627077 - Use embedded payments for contributions

Paypal launched "embedded payments" last month which uses iframes and popups and is more digital good friendly, so we should switch to it.

I think our IPN notification stuff will have to change a bit also, to use the new paykey stuff.

We're redesigning these pages right now, so don't spend time with that sort of stuff.  Just focus on integrating the new code and patching up the backend to work with it.  Thanks.

To be clear for QA and everyone:  This bug is simply to get parity with what we're currently doing but using paypal's new libraries.  You'll see some UI differences (hopefully improvements) but the fundamental flow of contributing money to authors or charities will remain.  

This bug is not about marketplace or pay-to-play add-on stuff.

Wondering if I need access to the paypal *sandbox* for the Mozilla account so I can test the messages I'm sending. I can't get past the first step, sending a PayRequest without getting back "Authentication failed. API credentials are incorrect".

I know you gave me a patch and I'll check it out, but I'd like to land this on monday in .11 to give it 2 weeks of bake time instead of 4 days.  Kicking to .11

We've hooked this up to the paypal sandbox instead of the real paypal site in hopes that their sandbox has reached a usable level of stability.  Let us know if that's a problem.  (Note that sandbox accounts are separate from real accounts and have to be made separately).
