I verified that it was locally using nsis 2.46 but the nightly build didn't migrate it... I'm checking why this is broken right now.

With Bug 504019 fixed the start menu entry can be shown by hiding then unhiding the shortcuts using Set program access and computer defaults which is a simpler way for a nightly user to get the start menu entry back.
