629516 - Change Windows 7 support URL

In bug 510329, we added a URL for tracking inbound traffic from Windows 7's post-crash dialog, but it appears we never told Microsoft about it.

That URL is /1/windows7-support.

The /1/ space is, other than this URL, entirely used for in-product URLs of the form

/1/%PRODUCT%/%VERSION%/%PLATFORM%/%LOCALE%/topic

We should triple check that nothing is actually using this URL, but if not, it will simplify things in the new URL configs if we make it /windows7-support (or just /windows7 or /windows-support or something) without the /1/.

just to be explicit, the URL should be http://support.mozilla.com/windows7-support

We don't get any traffic to /1/windows7-support, so it appears we never did tell anyone. Changing it to the URL in comment 1.

Verified new url redirects to /home?as=u, unable to repro or force a crash that isn't handled by the crash reporter so this is the most I can verify.
