I have a sidebar at the left and the new status panel gets positioned over the sidebar (see screenshot). Expected: The status panel should take the width of sidebars into account.
Does this only happen if you use the "Load Bookmark in Sidebar" Feature, i.e. using non-Bookmark/-History Content in the Sidebar?
The sidebar is a custom add-on that I'm writing. Does that matter if it's custom?
This happens for any sidebar content since the status panel is anchored to the XUL window, not the content window. I've shown this with Firebug open for dramatic effect; it also happens with Firebug closed.
