SeaMonkey doesn't care about c-1.9.2 anymore.

Let's do this and see if it works out. We never linked that langpack anywhere, so this is a convenience, but no necessity in any way.

I'm not sure I understand what/how the actual previous/new situations are supposed to be,
but here is what I checked:

Firefox:
I don't know where release langpack xpis are supposed to be :-/

SeaMonkey:
en-US langpack was and is still uploaded with tinderbox-builds.
en-US langpack was and should still be uploaded with nightlies...
en-US langpack was not but should now be uploaded with releases...
Last releases, missing en-US:
