A filter with the "Sender" criterion selected should additionally match the
Sender: header line of a message if present. It seems to match the From: field
(and maybe others).  Some mailing list software, for example, resends messages
and only the sets the "Sender:" line, leaving the To: and From: intact.  For
those lists, matching the Sender: line is the only way to filter them.
