When "tabs on top" is marked in aero theme, opening and closing tabs is unstable.

Do you see the bug when starting Firefox in safe mode?
You can get into safe mode via Help -> Restart with Add-ons Disabled.

In safe mode it is better but still some stabe issues, but, I repeat, it is better.
When I unmark "tabs on top" there is no problem, also no problem in windows xp, or win 7 classic theme, so I think this problem is linked with aero style.

Do you agree?

I also use minifield and same problem with it.

You can disable the closing-tab animation in about:config by toggling the browser.tabs.animate preference.

Yes, I knew that, and it is helpful, but I like to animate tabs, bat stable animation.
Do you think that this bug needs fix?

Dupe not, because it still occur and patch for bug 593565 didn't' fix this.
