I tried to file bug 63151 with mozilla using the Bugzilla Helper. After clicking
on 

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Got to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org
2. Select "Report A Bug"
3. Enter the information as given in bug 63151
4. Click on "Open Bugzilla Entry Form"

Actual Results:  The displayed form has items placed on each other, when they
should be side-by-side. Also some items are missing. I've added an attachment
showing how it looks like on screen.

Expected Results:  Well, I think you know how the Bug Enter Form should look
like, don't you?

I've tried to reproduce this bug, and have be successful for 2 out of 3
attempts.

dup of bug 62782 "tags are being eaten/printed, causing incorrect layout".
The attachment shows tag displaying in clear text.

62782 is now fixed. Can you try with a later build, fresh cache, and comment
whether it fixed this one as well? It hasn't been verified duplicate yet.

Nightly builds ID 2000121906 and later contain the fix.

Tried this with a build from 2000-12-30. The bug seems to be fixed now.
