See screen shot. In some cases the user name is the full email address and not only the user name. I had a couple of times typos and after rechecking the configuration didn't see them. The fields should expand as needed. There is plenty of space of every screen for that.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Lauch to create a new account
2. Enter username@sampledomain.com into the username field and the imap/pop and smtp settings and retest.
