Editing an existing filter rule then selecting OK updates the filter rule, but it then become un-selectable in the list of filter rules. 

To select, the message filters list must be closed, then re-opened.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Tools-> Message Filters
2. Select an existing message filter
3. Make a change (add, edit filter parameter)
4. Click OK
5. Try to select the message filter just edited
Actual Results:  
Unable to select the filter rule just edited

Expected Results:  
To be able to select the filter rule and run it

Anything in Tools -> Error console when this happens ?

Does this also happens when you run Thunderbird in safe mode (http://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode) ?
