I think this bug has been happening for a while, but I've only noticed it now. The white gradient in in the aero glass border seems to move up by about 20 pixels when I hover the cursor over a link.

I don't know exactly how to reproduce this, but I think the bug is caused by being going onto certain types of pages.

1. Restore the window if it's maximised.
2. Hover over any link in a HTML document.
