Build Identifier:
The input controls have black color which are typically hidden while loading. This is seen when are not seen in the initial viewport. On panning, the part of the control has a black coloration.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.google.com/m/
2. The part of the input control will not be seen (will be hidden on the right edge of the screen)
3. Pan left - the unseen part is seen in black.
Actual Results:
The unseen part is seen in black.
Expected Results:
The color should follow the same color as the other parts of input control.
