Previewing open tabs using the Windows Taskbar causes the tabs to temporarily move between tabgroups

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a handful of tabs
2.Move tabs to different groups using the Panorama feature
3.Use the Windows Taskbar to view the Tab thumbnails
4.Move the mouse pointer over all the displayed thumbnails - the pointed tabs are moved to the currently active tabgroup
5. Click the Minefield window again. The moved tabs stay in the current group until one of the tabs is clicked. Upon that all returns to normal
Actual Results:  
Tabs get mixed ups while using the Windows Taskbar thumbnail preview.

Expected Results:  
Tabs get not mixed up...
