I thought there was an ability to localize AMO blog entries before. Developer Hub shows the latest entries from the AMO blog, but those are not localized. Currently we are posting translated articles to our own developer site: https://dev.mozilla.jp/addons/
We talked to Dynamis & co about this and concluded that when you've translated the article you should email the author or the article or fligtar and they can put a link to the translated version in the original post. If we try that and it doesn't work as expected this is actually an IT bug as the blog is on an MU wordpress install.
