There is no confirmation message when using the Delete key to remove an entire bookmarks folder in the Bookmarks Sidebar or the Library window, even if many bookmarks are to be deleted. Users would expect to be warned in the case of removing multiple bookmarks in a single keystroke, just as they are warned when an action would close multiple tabs.
