Bug 627729 is morphing into a Gecko-side workaround for the Hotmail regression that makes Hotmail repeatedly reload in Firefox 4.

Splitting the evangelism aspect to this bug. Microsoft has a Hotmail-side patch for the problem. This is bug is for tracking the deployment of that patch.

I can reproduce this 
Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to Hotmail account
2.open a long email in your box , more than one page long.
3.Try to scroll down more than one page in a email
4.Something triggers it to go to the top of the email again you can't ever get past the first page.

Glenn, thank you for taking the time to post.

This problem is well known about (bug 627729 has ~150 comments by various affected users), so further confirmations are not needed at this stage.

Quick summary for yourself/anyone else who might come across this bug:
- The problem is caused by Hotmail code, made apparent when Firefox 4 started using it's new html5 parser.
- Microsoft/Hotmail are working on a fix to their code.
- In the meantime a workaround has landed in Firefox/Gecko, in case Microsoft don't fix things quickly enough. To benefit from the fix, you need to be using a nightly build from after 2011-02-27 (http://nightly.mozilla.org/), or else wait and try the Firefox 4 RC (Release Candidate) when it is released.

I see the problem fixed with a fresh build and my live.com account.
