637029 - Windows 7 not drawing the edges of boxes and items correctly

The left and right side of buttons, menu boxes, windows, and some numbers are not being drawn correctly. Small changes in the sizes of the Firefox window make a difference in how it appears. 

This problem did not happen with the last Windows version I was running. I don't know the previous version, probably from three days ago.
