Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open bookmarks menu 2. Choose ant bookmark and move it in the same list to any place Actual Results: The bookmark jumps to wrong place Expected Results: Place the bookmark where you released your bookmark after dragging

Do you have Sync enabled? Most likely this was caused by bug 634401, and could be fixed by bug 626341 once your maintenance runs. The maintenance code runs weekly when you leave your Firefox idle for more than 5 minutes, so it could take some day to kick in.
