User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b12) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b12 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b12) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b12 If you open a few tabs, and commence a download, I often close the browser so the only window left open is the download one. When I wish to reopen the browser, I right-click the download window and select 'open new tab'. Previously this opened a new tab, and that was all that was opened. In recent 4.0 betas an old tab has started to come back with it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open three tabs 2. Start a download that's going to take a little while 3. Close browser window 4. See that the download window is still present 5. Right click the remaining download window in the task bar and select 'open new tab' 6. You not only get a new tab, but also one of your old closed tabs comes back This isn't how it used to behave. I'd expect only to see the new blank tab.
