The nightly builds seems to be built using ultraSPARC only optimizations. olle> file mozilla-bin mozilla-bin: ELF 32-bit MSB executable SPARC32PLUS Version 1, V8+ Required, dynamically linked, stripped olle> Having a solaris 2.6 build not running on all platforms 2.6 support, seems weird. Even solaris 8 still support sun4m SPARC's (SPARCstation Classic, LX, 4,5,10,20/SPARCserver 1000,2000) with micro-,turbo-,super-,hyper-SPARC processors) Could you please make the builds using v7-compliant SPARC binaries? Even the new UltraSPARC-III based systems scales performace better using non UltraI/II optimized code. See also bug:62736
