+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #589396 +++
Tgfx was disabled in bug 589396, but is still running for mobile builds. We should disable it there too and save CPU time.

Disabled on the N900s.
We haven't gotten tgfx working on the Android Tegras yet; we've taken that off our to do list.
